About Us
The Montessori Method
The Montessori Method is founded on Maria Montessori’s educational philosophy. Her basic principle was to “follow the child”. A Montessori classroom is carefully prepared to allow the child to work independently and allow for the joy of self-discovery.
Why Choose Montessori?
Teachers introduce materials and children are free to choose them, again and again, working and discovering, and ultimately mastering ideas. Lessons are given, but the goal is for children to discover the answers by using the “auto-didactic”, or “self-correcting” materials that are found only in Montessori classrooms.
Montessori education is characterized by an emphasis on independence, freedom within limits, and respect for a child’s natural development and curiosity. It is a multi-sensory approach where students learn from working with and touching materials rather than solely by verbal instruction. The main focus of the philosophy is the education of the child’s “whole personality”. Through his or her involvement in real life activities, the child has the opportunity to develop emotionally, physically, socially, intellectually, and culturally.

ABA Therapy
ABA Therapy
Polka Dot Montessori is dedicated to providing exceptional support to all children, including those with autism and special needs. We have partnered with an ABA therapist to offer highly effective ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. This therapy is designed to teach positive behaviors, develop communication and social skills, and reduce negative behaviors. Our highly trained therapist will work closely with Montessori teachers to create an individualized treatment plan for each child. Introducing a highly innovative and convenient gym program for kids, where a large school bus has been converted into a fully equipped gym. The gym comes to your location, and coaches are certified, CPR/safety trained, and have years of experience working with kids.
The gym equipment includes mats, monkey bars, balance beams, trampolines, wall climbs, and more. The programs are structured and progressive, designed to engage children physically, mentally, and emotionally, and empower them to overcome daily challenges.
The Little Yogis program helps build self-esteem, emotional resilience, and teaches children how to calm their minds and bodies.
